Get your tortilla chips ready for this combo of Carolina® Jasmine Rice, taco seasoning, lean ground beef, sour cream, pickled jalapeño peppers, tomatoes and melted cheese! In a medium saucepan combine rice, 1/2 packet taco seasoning and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile in a large skillet brown beef. Add onions and remaining taco seasoning. Reduce heat to low and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In a large bowl combine rice and sour cream. Stir in beef mixture, tomatoes and cheese. Top with jalapeños.
