Instructions
Combine mince and 1 tbs of ketchup in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Divide mixture into 4 balls. Place balls in the centre of each tortilla and using your hand gently press down to flatten, leaving a 2cm border.
Heat a medium frying pan over high heat. Lightly spray tortillas with cooking oil spray and cook, mince-side down, for 2 to 3 minutes or until cooked. Flip tortilla over. Place cheese on top of mince and cook for a further 1 minute or until cheese is slightly melted. Transfer to serving plates.
Meanwhile, to make the burger sauce, combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Top smash burgers with tomato, lettuce, pickles and burger sauce. Fold up like a taco and enjoy.
