Preheat your oven at 190°C/170°C(fan)/375°F/Gas 5.

In a large bowl, mix together 180 g Rolled oats, 120 g Plain flour, 1 tsp Cinnamon, 1 tsp Ground ginger and 2 tsp Baking powder.

In a small bowl, mash 2 Bananas and add the 2 Eggs, 250 ml Almond milk, 1 tsp Vanilla extract and 80 ml Honey.
