Baking sheet
Spoon or scoop
Bowl
Parchment paper
Saucepan
Instructions
In a bowl, add all the ingredients for meatballs. Mix everything well. Do Not overmix. Overmixing will give hard and dry meatballs.
Apply some oil to your palms. Scoop the meat mixture and shape it into balls, roughly 1-and-half inches.
Place all the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Do Not apply pressure while rolling meatballs or they will turn dense.
In a saucepan add the ingredients for sauce.Cook over medium heat, until sauce is combined. Stir in between to avoid sticking to the pan or burning the sauce. Let it cool.
The sauce thickens as it cools. But adjust the sauce consistency as it cools completely by adding a dash of water.
Dip each meatball into the sauce and place it back on the baking tray. Bake for another 7 to 8 mins.
Garnish with parsley and red chili flakes.
