Fries
In a large bowl, toss sweet potatoes, oil, chili powder, and garlic powder until combined and evenly coated; season with salt and pepper, then toss again.
  • 2 medium Sweet Potatoes
    peeled and cut into 1/4" sticks
  • 1 tbsp Extra-virgin Olive Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Chili Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Kosher Salt
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Working in batches, in an air-fryer basket, arrange sweet potatoes in a single layer. Cook at 375° for 6 minutes, flip fries, then continue to cook until browned and crispy, 5 to 8 minutes more.

    peeled and cut into 1/4" sticks
Dipping Sauce
In a medium bowl, whisk BBQ sauce, mayonnaise, and hot sauce to combine.
  • 2 tbsp BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Hot Sauce
    such as Texas Pete
Arrange sweet potato fries on a platter. Serve with sauce alongside for dipping.
