    diced
  • 2 medium Kiwi
    diced or sliced into wedges
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Mint
    optional; roughly chopped
In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, lemon zest and honey until well combined.
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest
  • 2 tbsp Honey
Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
