Instructions
Put the potatoes to boil.
1 lb Potato
Sauté the onions for 2 minutes.
1 Onion Diced or minced.
Toss in the meat and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
1 lb Beef Minced. Ideally to use meat that has 12-15% fat.
Stir in the flour (or starch) and whatever veggies you're using. Fry them up for 5 minutes.
0.5 cup Frozen Green Peas 2 medium Carrot 1 stick Celery Diced.1 tablespoon All-purpose Flour
Pour in the Worcestershire sauce and broth, then cover and let it simmer on low heat for around 30 minutes.
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce 1 cup Broth
Mash the potatoes with butter, then season with salt and add milk to your liking.
1 lb Potato 7 tablespoons Butter Milk To tasteSalt To taste
Dish up the meat gravy alongside the mash and, if you feel like it, sprinkle some fresh parsley on top.
