Ingredients
32 ounce Frozen Diced Potatoes thawed in refrigerator 16 ounce Smoked Kielbasa sliced then halved 2 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese or cheddar 10.5 ounce Condensed Cream Of Chicken Soup 1 can 0.5 tsp Ground Black Pepper Chopped Fresh Parsley And Red Pepper Flakes optional

Lightly grease a 6 to 8 quart slow cooker. Or use a slow cooker liner.

Add potatoes, sausage and cheese to the slow cooker insert.

In a small bowl, stir together the cream of chicken, milk, chives, black pepper and cayenne. Pour over the potato mixture. Stir to combine.

Cover and cook on Low 5 to 6 hours, or on High 3 to 4 hours. It's done when the potatoes are tender and heated thru. Stir before serving.
