Bring a large pot of water to a boil, salt generously and cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. When you have 2 minutes left, add the fresh peas to the pot.
Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet or pot and sauté the onion for 2-3 minutes over medium heat until softened and translucent.
Add the garlic and continue to cook for another minute until fragrant.
Stir in the red chili flakes and lemon juice and simmer for a minute.
Drain the pasta and peas and add everything to the skillet. Toss well to combine.
Add the tuna and mix, careful not to crumble it too much.
Stir in the fresh parsley and Parmesan, then season to taste and serve immediately.
